Booking Procedures

Individuals and groups up to 9 persons
Groups from 10 persons and up

Booking Conditions:

Below you will find our "standard" booking conditions for individuals and for groups. Normally group conditions is valid for peak seasons as Christmas / New Year and Ester, but there may be some variations for groups as individuals. These exceptions from standard conditions depends solely on our suppliers given conditions, and we will every time inform you beforehand if there is any changes to standard booking conditions.

) Remaining amount of the full price for the tour/arrangements must have been paid to tour operator not later than day 45 prior departure date.
C) If the booking is done less than 45 days prior departure; the full amount is to be paid tour operator before confirmation gets its final reconfirmation.

D) For peak periods (mainly Christmas / New Year and Easter), payment conditions is equal to group conditions below.

CANCELLATION
for individuals and groups under 10 persons:

1) If cancellation is done between final confirmation and day 35 prior departure, then tour operator keeps the paid deposit..
2) If cancellation is done between day 34 and before day 15 prior departure, then tour operator keeps 50% of total price.
3) If cancellation is done between day 14 and departure date, or if the traveller dont show up - then tour operator keeps the total price.

4) For peak periods (mainly Christmas / New Year and Easter), cancellation conditions is equal to group conditions below.

5) MyWay Travel A.S. strongly recommend good travel insurance in case of sickness or other valid reasons for cancellations accepted by your insurance policy.



PAYMENT
for groups from 10 persons and more:

A) 50% of full price to be paid not later than 6 days after final confirmation.
B) Remaining amount of the full price for the tour/arrangements must have been paid to tour operator not later than day 65 prior departure date.

CANCELLATION
for groups from 10 persons and more:

1) If cancellation is done after final confirmation and up to day 60 prior departure, the tour operator will hold the sum of 125.00 USD per person.
2) If cancellation is done from day 60 and before day 45 prior departure, the tour operator keeps 50% of total price.
3) If cancellation is done between day 45 and before day 30 prior departure date, the tour operator keeps the total price.
4) If cancellation is done between day 30 and departure date, or if the traveller dont show up - then tour operator keeps the total price.

5) MyWay Travel A.S. strongly recommend good travel insurance in case of sickness or other valid reasons for cancellations accepted by your insurance policy.

Booking Procedures:

As specialist for exclusive tailor made travel in Egypt, we don't provide premade tours or program. Therefore booking procedures starts with a dialogue where our ultimate goal is to end up with a tour that combines your interests and our experience.

No payment is done before we have agreed upon a final tour program.

When we agree upon a final program, payment is done through a bank transfer to our company (credit cards is only an option for our frequent guests).
