Sheraton Cairo Hotel

Sheraton Cairo Hotel, Towers and Casino is located on the west bank of the Nile and only a bridge away from Cairo Opera House. The hotel has 670 rooms and suites.

Just some meters from the hotel you find one of Cairo's more unknown gems. This is Mr. & Mr. Mahmoud Khalil Museum, which got one of the largest impressionist collections outside France. Works of Monet, Gauguin and Van Gogh is among the treasures here, but the museum also got important works of the orientalists. The museum was president residence during late President Sadat and first recently changed into a museum for M. Khalil's extensive art collection. The house was originally built as residence for Mahmoud Khalil, so the art collection has literally returned home.

From the swimming pool area.

The large swimming pool is heated during winter time and an own children pool is part of the hotel. You find further a business centre, health studio, hair dresser and beauty parlour, banks and shopping area.

Oriental music and dance.

The many restaurants offer Italian, Lebanese and more "normal" international dishes. Cafés and bars are found around at the hotel, and at evening time there is show and entertainment.

A double room.

All you expect of rooms at a top international five star hotel is found here. Air-condition, television with satellite channels, direct phone and 24 hours room service.

Suites are found in nearly every form and size. For conferences and meetings there is eight rooms whereof the largest can take up to seven hundred participants.
